Harvest Meadows and Homestead Open For Sales

(June 7) — With the opening of two new neighborhoods by Element Homes, a variety of floor plans await home buyers at the award-winning community of Power Ranch.

The home builder recently debuted five models and nine floor plans, featuring the comfortable and innovative designs for which the company is known, in the Homestead at Power Ranch and Harvest Meadows at Power Ranch neighborhoods.

Power Ranch is a 1,414-acre community located at Power and Germann roads in Gilbert.

Both collections are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Thursday and from noon to 6 p.m. Friday.

Each floor plan offers buyers three different architectural styles with four-sided exterior detailing. Among the standard features are ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, laundry and bath commode areas, large walk-in closets and spacious pantries. In addition, Element provides a choice of turf or desert front yard landscaping with automatic irrigation system, large covered patios and expertly coordinated color schemes.
